The firm consists of three global legal Divisions: Business; Dispute Resolution and Private Client & Tax.  Each Division is headed by a Divisional CEO and Divisional Operating Officer.  There is also an overarching CEO of the global firm.

Key Responsibilities

You will be assisting in the structuring and formation of various types of Real Estate deals

Key skills and experience

• Experience in cross boarder real estate experience;
• Have significant experience in property and project conveyancing, leases and tenancies agreements;
• Experience in commercial and residential property investment including financing and refinancing;
• 5 PQE and above
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication and drafting skills
• Open-minded, motivated and dynamic
• HK qualified
• Fluent in English and Chinese
