We are currently recruiting for a Digital Assets Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing team!
Overview
The Digital Assets Marketing Coordinator is a member of the US Marketing team providing Digital and Marketing support to the US Marketing & Business Development team and reports into the Senior BD Manager with a dotted line to Head of US Marketing & Business Development. The position is focused on supporting the firm's efforts including developing a strong market profile, accessible content and campaigns related to digital assets such as crypto currencies, NFT (Non-fungible tokens) and fin-tech practice areas; it also supports the expanding office practice areas with colleagues. The role will help design market facing and compelling client alerts, invitations, webpages within the Withers brand. This role will also work closely to support attorneys alongside our BD Managers in several groups especially those that transact and advise in digital assets such as the Art Law group . The position will also provide support and implement changes to the firm's website and microsite postings (CMS), InterAction CRM system, email marketing system, project management, analytics and reporting as well as other administrative duties. With the escalation of the use of video and audio communications, this position will play an integral part of helping execute successful podcasts and webinars (via Zoom) and our social media campaigns in profiling relevant digital asset practices. The position will aim to reflect the delivery and communication channels used by digital asset companies, organizations and individuals – in other words, "speak their language". It might be an artist, an auction house, fin-tech company or bitcoin entity.
The Digital Assets Marketing Coordinator will help develop and maintain targeted marketing lists for related key communications or events.
