Overview

The Senior Talent Acquisition Coordinator will support the broader Talent Acquisition team by driving fee earner recruitment and onboarding efforts across our US offices.  This role is focused on associate and summer associate recruitment and will be expected to provide support to the lateral partner recruitment and business services recruitment processes as necessary. Annual compensation commensurate with experience and ranging from $75,000 - $100,000 per year. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support all aspects of the Firm's summer associate, entry-level, and lateral associate recruitment processes  
  • Organize and oversee the summer associate program, including running the orientation and onboarding processes, planning and attending social events, supporting workflow coordination, acting as a liaison to the students, and helping to run the midsummer and end of summer evaluation processes 
  • Collaborate with talent acquisition colleagues across the firm to update job descriptions and recruitment materials, ensuring consistent messaging across offices 
  • Assist with campus outreach by developing and maintaining relationships with key law schools, including career service offices and student organizations
  • Liaise with recruiting agencies and applicants regarding open roles
  • Assist with the management of various recruitment-related spreadsheets and tracking of relevant information including recruiting and hiring costs
  • Support the strategic initiatives of the local and global Recruitment Committee and DEI Committee as it relates to recruiting programs and outreach

Qualifications

  • Minimum four years of recruiting experience in a law firm or similar professional services environment required 
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills 
  • Flexibility and responsiveness, and the ability to thrive in an extremely fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with people at all levels of the firm and maintain confidentiality 
  • Strong project management skills including ability to prioritize effectively, multitask and manage multiple deadlines
  • Creative approach to problem solving
  • Display a growth mindset
